Ideal for individuals or groups on a budget, our standard & economy shared accommodations options consist of four individual cabins as well as shared single & double rooms. sequestered along the valley at the edge of the surrounding forests. Dragon, Garuda, Potala, and Snowlion Cabins each accommodate 8-12 people, with Eva’s Cabin accommodating up to 5. Thimphu, Panther and Gangtok offer hotel style shared accommodations.
All offer shared bathrooms, kitchen, and dining/living room spaces, making them ideal for those seeking a group living experience. For those preferring more privacy, Gangtok and Panther Cottages have a total of six private rooms, each with one queen bed. All standard accommodations include cotton linens and towels and signature Menla hand and face soap.
Individuals can book standard and economy shared accommodations as part of any Menla-sponsored group retreats or if they are attending a group retreat of another sponsoring organization. Individuals and couples booking a Personal Getaway must book one of our deluxe options, however if you want to book an entire cabin to Create-Your-Own Getaway with a small group of friends or family, please email us for availability.
