Private Pilates Instruction

Pilates is a physical fitness system incorporating slow and precise movements for total body conditioning.   Focusing on core strength, Pilates is popular for general fitness and injury rehabilitation.  Our skilled practitioner guides you through a gentle, yet challenging, session of smooth continuous movements to evenly train your whole body.
