Loving Kindness Yoga & Meditation Retreat
With Gemma Farrell
April 14 - 17, 2023
“Let our boundless love pervade the whole universe, above, below, and across. Our love will know no obstacles. ” – The Metta Sutta
Please join us as we awaken the unconditional, inclusive, and wise love that is already within each of us. Together we will explore the teachings on loving kindness (metta) and invite metta prayer and meditation into our yoga and meditation sessions. Our schedule includes guided mindfulness and loving kindness meditation, vinyasa and deep stretching classes, yoga pose alignment clinics, free time for reading, relaxing, or walking in the woods, wonderful plant-based meals, and plenty of warm friendship.
“May everyone be happy and safe, and may all hearts be filled with joy. May all beings live in security and in peace – May all of them dwell in perfect tranquility…”
– The Metta Sutta
