Gratitude Yoga Heart Opening Yoga & Meditation Retreat
With Gemma Farrell
October 27 - 30, 2023
Please join us as we share yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection practices that foster a more compassionate, forgiving attitude toward ourselves and others so that we can open our hearts to the fullness of life and awaken our capacity to love more deeply.
Our retreat schedule includes: daily morning meditation, vinyasa yoga deep stretching, guided relaxation, mindfulness, compassion and loving kindness practices, along with time for rest, walks in the woods, and plenty of warm friendship. You may stay for either two or three nights. If you are interested in booking a two-night stay, please reach out to Menla’s front desk team at frontdesk@menla.org or 845 688 6897 ext. 101 to register.
We hope you can be with us for this special time of inner exploration and expansion.
