Iyengar Yoga Weekend Retreat
With Eve Holbrook
June 15 - 18, 2023
Yoga asanas and pranayama offer us the tools to move from the periphery to the core of our being. It is a lifetime practice that continually deepens our understanding and ability to touch the inner layers of ourselves.
Join Iyengar teacher Eve Holbrook for a combination of practice that progresses and the settling that occurs while on retreat at Menla, an environment which allows space for quiet, undistracted reflection and a deepening of our life experience.
Eve will lead two daily extended yoga classes suitable for all levels — an active asana class in the morning and a restorative and pranayama practice in the afternoon. As the week progresses, we will build upon a steady foundation of fundamental principles towards a deeper, more refined practice that restores and develops our levels of physical, mental and emotional strength and stamina.

Eve has been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 2006, and is certified at the Intermediate 2 level.
