Regenerate & Flow
With Amy Smith
July 27 - 31, 2023
Regenerate and flow this summer with Amy Smith, owner of Laughing Buddha Hot Yoga in southern New Jersey, and special guest Laughing Buddha Instructors. This retreat will feature elements of Baptiste yoga, mindful movement, intention and healing and allow you to fully disconnect for the weekend. Join us as we take time for ourselves to regenerate and fully refresh our mind, body and soul. The class schedule will include a mix of vinyasa, 26+2, barre, slow flow and a healing sound bath. Practicing at Menla will allow you to fully appreciate nature, awakening yourself to what you are truly capable of.
