Nurture your body, mind, and soul within the magical grounds of Menla with Helena Zera, owner of Vyana Yoga & PolariTea, along with a special guest Vyana Instructor, as your intuitive guides. This rejuvenating and transformational retreat will feature elements of mindful movement with an intention of raising your vibration in joy and healing. This is an opportunity to fully disconnect from a hectic and demanding life and participate in the innate flow of natures natural beauty and autumn’s call to actively surrender.
Join us as we take time to regenerate and fully refresh mind, body and soul. Our mid-week retreat includes a mix of slow flow vinyasa, pranayama, introspection, somatic movement, walking meditation in the forest, a bonfire, and Heavenly Healing Sound Journeys.
“Menla is a wondrous magical and special space and place. The ancient mystical crater is rich in a multi-dimensional presence that is observable to us as energetic beings. The vibrational quality of this sanctuary is palpable as well as the ground’s magnificent natural beauty–healing, peaceful and luminous with light. Retreating at Menla is a treasure of a treat on many levels. The meals (3 per day) are an absolute highlight with the most delicious organic vegetarian fresh foods that are made with loving kindness.

Helena is the founder of Vyana Yoga. She has been living and teaching dynamic yoga for over 24 years; she is a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher who unites physical and esoteric anatomy steeped in Pranaflow®, Tantra, Structural Alignment, Kurunta ~ Rope Wall Yoga, Polarity and is an Ayurvedic Consultant. As a R.N. and Polarity Therapist, Helena considers herself a “hands on teacher” with loving guidance and deep humility in the holistic health and wellness service. I was first introduced to yoga during high school via DVDs. Over the years I engaged in workshops and dove deep into the ancient texts, philosophies, and postures. Alongside the physical benefits of the practice such as increased strength, flexibility, and improved breathing, I began to observe my outer world and inner self aligning, I began walking and talking with compassion that stemmed from the center of my heart. In 2019 I attended Caribe Yoga Academy 200YTT and spent a month living in the jungle on a beautiful yoga ashram. I was trained in vinyasa yoga based on functional anatomy.…
