Sarah Ireland

Founder and owner of One Good Om.

A desire to live truthfully moment to moment and investigate and illuminate the human experience first led me to the profession of acting and eventually and quite naturally to yoga.

I’ve dedicated myself to studying yoga and meditation and teaching to all levels consistently since 2006, leading countless teacher trainings and workshops.

My personal practice has matured into a method of helping me remember who I am and how I want to engage with the world, and I bring this experience into how I lead classes, workshops, and training. My classes are filled with clarity, compassion, and joy as I welcome, encourage, and support each participant to create a practice that meets them where they are. I’m passionate about making yoga and its philosophy accessible and applying yoga mindfulness to aspects of everyday life.

I’m a certified 500-hour Educational Registered Yoga Teacher, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and a certified FRC Mobility Specialist. I love blending various physical modalities with classical yoga asana, tailoring the practice to the practitioner, and applying a therapeutic approach to increase strength, mobility, and flexibility, guiding people to return to a sense of ease in their body/mind.

I hope we have the opportunity to connect!
