A Love Letter to Mother Earth Retreat

April 19 - April 23, 2022

Florencia Fridman

Caro Arévalo

Caro Arévalo and Florencia Fridman invite you on a retreat to celebrate life. On Earth day this year we will honor our beautiful Earth and community through rituals, ceremonies, sound meditations, breath work, connection with nature, painting, yoga, and ways of expressing our creativity. Ritual and ceremony offer us the opportunity to alchemize the mundane into something sacred. During our days together, we will be connecting with the importance of living in community as well as making space to hear our hearts and our relationship to ourselves. As we celebrate our mother Earth we remember ourselves as nature herself, these few days of celebration together are an invitation to pause and reflect, to look within in order to nourish our soils and grow the fruits of tomorrow.
