Turning inwards, Autumn is a time for processing the events of the year and indeed, one's life, thus far; reflection and introspection.Through asana, pranayama, pratyahara (sense withdrawal), dharana (holding of one's attention) and dhyana (meditation), we will support and honor the qualities of the season, making space through inner expansion.We will build the reserves of prana and fortify emotional and mental stability to move forwards through the flow of life with openness, gratitude and wonder.

Friday, November 17
  • 8 - 9 am Breakfast

  • 1:30 - 3:30 pm free time for hiking/massage/rest
  • 3:30 - 5:30 pm Restorative & Pranayama
  • 6 - 7 pm Dinner
  • 7 - 9 pm Sutra Study

Rebecca Hooper

Rebecca Hooper is a Level 2 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher & a Yoga Therapist in the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Rebecca also practices seated meditation in the Sanbo Zen lineage. Originally from London, England, Rebecca holds a BA Honors degree in Fine Art. ...
