Lean into principles of yoga by connecting with fellow students, making new friends, and soaking in the nature that surrounds us.Explore hiking trails on Menla's land then dive into your meditation practice at this one-of-a-kind getaway. Indulge in Tibetan healing therapies, massages, bodywork, and so much more at the Dewa Spa.

  • 6 - 7 am  Quiet Hours (Morning Meditation)

  • 8 - 9 am  Breakfast
  • 9:30 - 12 pm  Optional Hike / Forest Bathing Meditation
  • 12:30 - 1:30 pm  Lunch
  • 2 - 3:30 pm  Yoga Workshop
  • 3:30 - 6 pm  Time for Spa Treatments, Hikes, Journaling, Meditation
  • 6 - 7 pm  Dinner
  • 8 pm  Bonfire & Star-Gazing
