Call of the Heart

August 05 - August 07, 2022

Alison Sinatra

Jessica Caplan

Join Alison Sinatra and Jessica Caplan for an expansive weekend of movement, sound, breath, and voice activation. Through embodiment practices and the medicine of ritual experienced in community, we will together cultivate deep appreciation for the sacredness of life and return to our natural state of whole-hearted aliveness. These challenging times have brought so many of us to our edge, demanding more resilience than perhaps we are resourced for. Let’s celebrate, release, and renew by connecting to our bodies, opening to our authentic expression - through breath, voice, and prayer - and gifting our souls a safe, loving space in which to journey and re-member itself. We will align our intentions for the highest good of ourselves and all beings everywhere and share our visions and prayers so that we feel supported and held far beyond the container of the weekend. On our final morning, we will rise with the sun and purify ourselves in prayer, sweat, and song in the Inípi ceremony - the sweat lodge of the Lakota tradition. We meet at the height of summer, when nature is bursting with all of its beauty and bounty - a reflection of the infinite depth of our own wild, exquisite hearts. This program is open to all women.
