Join the Yoga Hive for a much needed trip AWAY from home to restore our sense of well-being through a variety of yoga practices, including myofascial release, yin, therapeutics and power vinyasa, in addition to meditation, hiking, and spa treatments at the world class Dewa Spa. We'll have one to two daily practices and there will be ample time to rest in nature.

“EVERYONE I met with was spectacular in service and friendliness. Twan actually waited for me to get down the mountain one evening when his shift was done to ensure my safety. I never experienced this type of commitment and kindness at Omega or Kripalu. I both teach and do a lot of continuing education, and you guys take the cake!”
