We will plant the seeds...Through discussion, Dharma, gentle body movement, sitting and walking meditation, you will gain practical knowledge to help bring self-compassion and care into your daily life, as well as trust in your own inner wisdom--all in the nurturing environment of Menla and under the care of a skilled mindfulness therapist.Mindful self-compassion will be woven into the entire weekend.Be with yourself with greater love and ease - body, mind, and spirit, and a new trust in the wisdom you hold deep within.

  • 11 am - 12 pm Yoga
  • 12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 2 - 3 pm Walk and Breathe the Mountains of Menla
