Put yourself in the expert hands of a WHM Instructor for an extended Wim Hof Method training session. WHM Weekends are intended to be a deeper exploration of the Wim Hof Method than what might be covered in a workshop.

Join Stephen and Ryan from The Interpeak for a weekend of connection and discovering your inner nature. At The Interpeak we lead international transformational adventure retreats and experiences. Through Wim Hof Workshops and mindfulness practices, we help our members gain clarity and reconnect with their purpose.

Over the course of three days, all facets of the Wim Hof Method will be extensively covered. You will learn about the physiological mechanisms that come into play and engage in a variety of breathing and cold therapy activities.

We will incorporate other activities that work in alignment with the Wim Hof Method, such as mindful morning and evening practices that include light movement and meditation. We will also go on a mindfulness nature hike together and set some intentions for how you can integrate what we learn in your daily life.

The Wim Hof Method combines three pillars: Breathwork, Mindset/Commitment, and Cold Exposure.

You will learn these 3 pillars to unlock a multitude of benefits such as:

  • 3:30 - 5:30 pm Freetime to Explore Beautiful Menla Nature or Spa
  • 6 - 7 pm Dinner
  • 7:30 - 9 pm Mindful Evening Practice (Breathwork Journey and sharing circle)
Sunday, August 4
  • 7 - 8 am Mindful Morning Practice (Movement, Meditation, Breathwork)
  • 8 - 9 am Breakfast
  • 9 - 9:30 am Check-out
  • 9:30 - 10:30 an Ice Bath
  • 11 am - 12:30 pm Closing circle and Integration Session
  • 12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch & Departure
