Floresta Psychedelic Breathwork & Indigenous Medicine Ceremony

July 08 - July 10, 2022

Shannon Starr, BC-PMHNP

Eugene Shteyngarts, TCM

Rob Israel

This is a three-day Psychedelic Breathwork & Indiginous Medicine retreat designed to optimize your experience and allow for lasting transformation. At Menla, we will be surrounded by the nature of the Catskill Mountains which will support a sense of nurturing and wellbeing as we explore non-ordinary states of consciousness and integration.

Psychedelic breathwork is a way of adjusting and modulating your breath that creates an altered state of mind. Clients have reported having visualizations, insight, relaxation, self-awareness and transcendent experiences akin to what one would expect with a psychedelic substance. Individuals have also reported a decrease in depression, anxiety and trauma response being alleviated from breathwork sessions.

Floresta is a team of clinicians, doctors, coaches, pioneers and those that dare to be the change that is required within mental health and psychiatry. We are here to facilitate an increase in awareness and consciousness as we blend Western medical and psychotherapeutic methods with diverse Eastern and Indigenous practices. Working with the medicine of breathwork can allow for clarity, healing, insight and creating with choice.

Breathwork assists in rewiring the neural network within the brain for a mental reset, which allows you to create your life through endless possibilities, magic and revolutionary breakthroughs.

You are welcome to book a 10 minute exploratory call with our Integration Facilitator here to learn more and see if this retreat is for you. If you are interested in booking the retreat we require you to meet someone from the Floresta team first. You may book with our Integration Facilitator here.
