Awaken to your innate capacity for boundless love and compassion through metta/loving kindness practices that foster wise equanimity, deep inner peace, and a profound connection to yourself and others.Our three-night retreat includes daily Vinyasa yoga classes and deep stretching sessions, walks in the woods, meditation, mindfulness, loving kindness practices, live music, wonderful vegetarian meals and lots of warm friendship.
