Join Judi for 3 days at beautiful Menla Resort and Spa for an exploration of how each of us can use our yoga practice to reduce stress and build resilience. This is an invitation to practice asana (postures) and meditation in depth, in a very special peaceful place, AND take home ideas for making these ancient practices a part of improving the quality of your day-to-day life.
All are welcome who have 1 year of consistent yoga experience in any method.

Sunday, July 19th
  • 2 - 4pm Arrival & Check-in
  • 4:30 - 6:30pm Asana Practice
  • 7 - 8pm Dinner
  • 8pm Free Time for Relaxation
Monday, July 20th
  • 8 - 9am Breakfast
  • 9:30am - 12pm Asana Practice
  • 12:30 - 1:30pm Lunch
  • 1:30 - 4:30pm Free time for spa treatments, hiking, swimming, or resting
  • 4:30 - 6:30pm Restorative Asana and Meditation
  • 7 - 8pm Dinner
  • 8pm Free Time for Relaxation
Tuesday, July 21st
  • 7 - 11am Check-out of Rooms
  • 8 - 9am Breakfast
  • 9:30am - 12pm Asana Practice
  • 12:30 - 1:30pm Lunch
  • 2pm Departure
    • You may stay on at Menla Tuesday afternoon for spa appointments booked in advance, or for hiking or swimming
