Iyengar Yoga Weekend Retreat

June 15 - June 18, 2023

Eve Holbrook

Yoga asanas and pranayama offer us the tools to move from the periphery to the core of our being. It is a lifetime practice that continually deepens our understanding and ability to touch the inner layers of ourselves.Join Iyengar teacher Eve Holbrook for a combination of practice that progresses and the settling that occurs while on retreat at Menla, an environment which allows space for quiet, undistracted reflection and a deepening of our life experience.Eve will lead two daily extended yoga classes suitable for all levels — an active asana class in the morning and a restorative and pranayama practice in the afternoon. As the week progresses, we will build upon a steady foundation of fundamental principles towards a deeper, more refined practice that restores and develops our levels of physical, mental and emotional strength and stamina.
