Menla Online: Cultivating the Beginner’s Mindset - Friday Only

May 22 - May 22, 2020

Amber Gregory

Sarah Girard

Join Amber Gregory and Sarah Girard to celebrate The Beginner’s Mind.  When we begin, we are in our most powerful state because we are in the present moment. In this moment we are all the same because beginning is also a great equalizer.  There is no person that has not started something new, filled with infinite potential.  It is in this moment that we are all connected.  We are not alone. This class series is an opportunity for renewal, to cultivate a beginner’s mindset and to offer ourselves a new perspective on our path.  During this time of growth, felt amidst the warmer and longer days, take time with us to explore new ideas, and to find the freedom in beginning again.
