Valerie (Vimalasara) Mason-John will use compassionate Inquiry as taught by Dr. Gabor Mate, as an approach to work with the trauma and adaptive behaviors that have masked painful memories and activated addiction, If you are in protest about the lockdown, struggling with compulsive or addictive behaviors, in relationship with someone struggling, or want to understand the malady of addiction. This course is for you.
