Menla Online: Tools for Spiritual Healing During a Time of Uncertainty Introduction - Free Stream

May 20 - May 20, 2020

Dale Borglum

Learning to care for ourselves as well as for others with more compassion is a priceless gift during these uncertain times. Can we tolerate uncertainty without becoming anxious? Can we have compassion for our anxiety and our fear when it does arise? This will enable us avoid burnout. In this workshop we will use guided meditation, experiential exercises, group discussion and lecture material to explore together the following topics: transmuting grief into compassion; suffering as grace; embodied invocation as an antidote to denial and stress; cultivating compassion for self and others; caregiving as spiritual practice; fear vs. faith; fear of death; physical pain and our sense of self; the nature of death and how to prepare for it; resting in Spacious Awareness as the deepest healing.*Please note that this is the Friday Night Only registration. If you are interested in joining our full Four event please use this link to register!
