Navigate the Creative Path of the Self with Iyengar Yoga

Spring is the season of creativity. Spring inspires growth - something new and different. The path of yoga is a deeply generous and creative gift to yourself for it gives you a place to know, accept, and grow with the constancy of change.This weekend retreat with Jess offers a space for this. Iyengar Yoga is a tool that draws out your creative self to heal and deal with what comes up physically, emotionally, and psychologically with awareness, compassion and an ever deepening understanding of yourself. The workshop includes asana practice, discussion of yoga texts, pranayama practice, and time to recognize your own creative self and simply be.

Jessica Becker

Jessica is a senior level certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.   She is a member of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and has taught Iyengar Yoga for 23 years in the Hudson Valley.  She works with methodical detail, and creates a playful and challenging approach...
