Come join us for a beautiful and uplifting weekend to awaken those parts of us that have been closed off through fear and pain and the harsh realities of this passed year. let it be a time to reconnect with Mother Nature and learn how to harness her power and bring nature within us to renew your energy and vitality and become that illuminated being once again.“Nourishing Your Divine Self ” is an invitation to nourish yourself. Reconnect, rejuvenate and rebalance with delicious foods that nourish, yoga, movement and meditation, sound, hiking and ceremony. This is an opportunity to reconnect with nature and become one through simple ceremony. Walk into this new season with grace, strength and oneness, rejuvenate and raise your vibration up to a new level.My goal is for people to understand their own body, its own unique language and by being more aware of the physical and emotional needs, we become more in tune with wellness and the surrounding energies. So that you can illuminate and radiate your beauty inside and out, and function at your optimum level with renewed energy and vitality. Every day is a new experience, a breath of fresh air an opportunity to learn and grow. An invitation to Nourish yourself this Spring and Shine your light for yourself for others to see and enjoy.
