Join us this fall, for a beautiful and uplifting weekend to awaken and transform those parts of ourselves that have been closed off through fear and pain and the sometime harsh realities of this past year. It’s a wonderful time to reconnect with Mother Nature and learn how to harness her power and renew your energy and vitality and become an illuminated being once again.“Nourishing Your Divine Self ” is an opportunity to reconnect, rejuvenate and re-balance with delicious foods, yoga, movement, meditation, sound, hiking, and ceremony in a unique and creative way. Walk into this new season with grace, strength and oneness, and raise your vibration. Learn how to stay centered in the heart and have a clear and focused mind to navigate your way through life with ease and compassion.Jill's goal is for people to understand their own body, its own unique language and become more aware of their physical and emotional needs, in order to illuminate and radiate their beauty inside and out. To function at their optimum level with renewed vigor in all aspects of body mind and spirit. Every day of this retreat will bring new experiences, and an opportunity to learn and grow together in an intimate setting.This is an invitation to Nourish yourself this Fall and shine your light for yourself for others to see and enjoy!

Friday, October 8th
  • 6:30 am Morning Meditation “Greeting Mother Earth” an offering
  • 7 - 8 am  Movement warm up and yoga dance / Marion Jackson
  • 8 - 9 am Breakfast
  • 10 am Group Teaching ..Tools for these times
  • 12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 1:30 - 3 pm Time for Relaxation and Spa
  • 3 - 4:30 pm Afternoon Stroll in the Woods with Nature /Hike
  • 6 - 7 pm Dinner
  • 8 pm Fire Ceremony
Saturday, October 9th
  • 7:30 am Morning Meditation Welcoming the New Day
  • 8 - 9 am Breakfast
  • 9:30 - 11 am Yoga with Marion Jackson
  • 11:30 am Loving Yourself and Knowing When to Put Ourselves First

  • 1 - 3 pm Time for Relaxation and Spa
