In a world where it is increasingly harder and harder to feel certain, one thing is needed now more than ever:  To stand your ground and have unwavering faith in yourself no matter what twists and turns life has in store for you.  Think of this as “creating shock absorbers for your life.”Ever driven a car with worn-out shock absorbers?Every bump, ridge, and movement feels like driving on the craters of the moon.Shock absorbers are an integral part of a vehicle's suspension designed to dampen the compression and rebound of the springs. Smooth sailing.Join us for a weekend deep dive to build shock absorbers for your life.Expect to be challenged.  Expect to feel liberated.  On the laboratory of the yoga mat, you will build the strength, emotional intelligence, and life skills necessary to meet life’s challenges with ease, serenity, and assuredness.  What to expect:Four strength-based, breath-focused, core-centered yoga intensives designed to target your tight spots, heal your injuries, and have a practice-altering breakthrough.  Soft tissue release with therapy balls. Mediation to quiet the mind and center the heart.Journaling, process work, and ceremony.Free time for spa sessions, hiking, and luxuriating.
