During this retreat, we will dive into the heart of yoga through asana, pranayama and seated meditation. We will explore the act of doing the asana vs. welcoming the asana.Approaching the breath with curiosity, appreciation and reverence, not only for its power to carve out interior spaces and initiate mudras, but also as an invitation to life itself, as it arises, here and now.

Rebecca Hooper
