Recharge-Retool-Reconnect: A Retreat for Educational Leaders

April 16 - April 18, 2020

Shannon Pitcher-Boyea

Dr. Robert Dillon

A Healthy Weekend of Ideas, Exploration and Conversation for Education Leaders. Join us in a beautiful space to retool, recharge and reconnect.
Leading schools is exciting, challenging work. As a servant leader, you are thinking about others and bringing the best growth and results to the organization. This can often lead to putting your own growth, health, and well-being  on the back burner.

This two-day educational leadership retreat shifts the focus to you, so that you can be as strong as possible for those your serve.

Learn  practices that will transform how you lead and show up in the world, while deepening your connection to self and others.

Participants and teams will be offered:

  • Space to nurture your personal and professional self time to tap into our internal wells of wisdom
  • Opportunities to practice mindful communication
  •  Time to connect and think with other leaders
  • Growth in the basics of mindfulness practices
  • Rest that includes restorative stretching, activating the parasympathetic nervous system
Opportunities to activate curiosity and rumble with big questions personally and professionally, Space is limited to personalize the experience, so please register today.
