In a supportive and high-touch, small group setting, Angela McKinney will guide you through her 3-step Untangle method to break free of unwanted and destructive patterns, so that you can heal attachment wounds and dissolve unconscious contracts that create suffering.
Trauma is the story of what happened to you. But it is also the story of what has not been able to happen to you. For many women, receiving ‘the good stuff’ (like love, intimacy, success, visibility, joy, money, help, support and harmony) can be more confusing and triggering than surviving ‘the bad stuff’.
This unique 4-day workshop will explore:
You can’t undo the past, but you can develop methods to become more fully alive and creative with your future. Learning to build bodies and minds that can become safe enough to receive ‘the good stuff’ is where the medicine of healing shows up. This is the journey of Untangling. This approach can be used anywhere, anytime, and on anything.
The 4-day journey will include yoga, a special sound bath experience, 3 nutritious and delicious meals a day, a bonfire ceremony and plenty of time to enjoy the spa and explore the surrounding area. You will also receive a copy of Angela’s new book Untangle, as well as a beautiful journal for personal reflection and writing exercises.

“EVERYONE I met with was spectacular in service and friendliness. Twan actually waited for me to get down the mountain one evening when his shift was done to ensure my safety. I never experienced this type of commitment and kindness at Omega or Kripalu. I both teach and do a lot of continuing education, and you guys take the cake!”
