RECLAMATION: A Weekend Gathering For Women To Connect And Heal

September 17 - September 19, 2021

Alison Sinatra

Jennifer Muir-Braunstein

Do you need to find your center again? Is it time to take spiritual inventory and see what is working and what is not?  This retreat is for you.
These times are demanding a clear channel to be reconnected with our  intuition-this is the way we can be guided by our heart and not head. We will be utilizing breathwork and yoga asana to open the pathways. There will be ample time for sharing, prayers for ourselves and all of humanity. Sound medicine and yoga nidra to soothe our nervous system and replenish. Menla is surrounded by the Catskill mountains and the atmosphere alone is a sanctuary and holy balm for our collective confusion.
There is an undeniable energy afoot when women come together. Breakthroughs and transformations occur; individuals find center; the collective gets lifted; and the effects of our efforts spill out into our everyday lives, benefiting our partners, friends, families and communities.
