  • 7:15 - 8 am Pranayama (Breath Work) & Gentle Yoga
  • 8 - 9 am Breakfast
  • 10 - 11 am Nature Immersion hike (option of 3 trails from the property)
  • 11 am - 12 pm Nature Mandala
    • An expression of self with nature
  • 12:30- 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 1:30 - 3 pm Optional Rest or Journaling
  • 3 - 4 pm Hasta Mudras
    • Learn how to do mudras with your hands and their importance/benefits to the body and mind OR Partner Yoga
