Restore and Renew this Spring with Heather and Denise on the healing grounds of the Menla Retreat Center. Embedded amidst soothing streams and forests, Menla provides the perfect getaway to relax, rejuvenate and reboot. As mother nature begins to awaken from the depths of winter and begins to pulse energy back into our hemisphere may we also come together to restore and renew! Daily asana and sound healing sessions will be offered as well as meditations, guided trail walks and a special sound ceremony to release and manifest. We look forward to you joining us for three days of blissful rejuvenation!

7:30 - 8:45 pm Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

9 pm Opening Fire Pit Ceremony (weather permitting)

Saturday, April 8th

8 - 9 Breakfast

10:30 - 12 pm Yoga Nidra/Sound Healing

12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch

2:30 - 3:30 Guided Hike

3:30 - 5 pm Free time/Journaling/Spa Sessions

6-7 pm Dinner

7:30 - 9 pm Yin Yoga and Singing Bowls

Sunday, April 9th

7 - 11 am Check-out

8 - 9 am Breakfast

9:30 am - 12 pm Yoga/Meditation/Sound healing

12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch (optional)

2 pm Journey Home
