Join Indigo Wellness Group and Connecticut Power Yoga for a 3-day wellness retreat to help you awaken into spring feeling restored and recharged.What is it: a space to restore and recharge, nourish your mind and body, clear out old stagnant energy and create new space for yourself.What you get: both vinyasa and restorative yoga, meditation, journaling, acupuncture, breathwork, stretching, wellness workshops, great healthy food, hiking and time in nature, and a new healing perspective to leave with. Choose the room selection that fits you best and enjoy the scenic wonders of the Catskill mountains. There will be downtime in the schedule in which we encourage you to book a treatment at the beautiful Dewa Spa at Menla. We encourage you to book your treatments well ahead of the retreat as space is limited.When: May 4-7, 2023Where: Menla Retreat is a hidden oasis set in a secluded valley beside an enchanting stream in the heart of the Catskill mountains.
