Soul Stories: A Holotropic Breathwork® Double Breathwork Workshop - Take a journey into expanded states of consciousness

October 27 - October 30, 2024

Dr. Laurane McGlynn

Jeffrey Warren

We invite you to join Dr. Laurane McGlynn, Jeffrey Warren and John Stockberger to experience the remarkable healing potential and therapeutic benefits of Holotropic Breathwork®. Holotropic Breathwork™ is a powerful experiential breathing process that allows for self-exploration and healing. With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter an expanded state of consciousness. This state activates the natural inner healing potential of the breather, or "inner healer", which guides the experience. We create a safe and supportive setting with highly trained and experienced Holotropic Breathwork facilitators. In this double breathwork workshop, each person will experience four Holotropic Breathwork® sessions (two as a breather/two as a sitter), sound healing session, sharing circles, mandala drawing, one past life regression session (optional) and mask making. The workshop also includes a talk on the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork. This workshop can help you reconnect with your own inner healing wisdom and is open to new breathers, experienced breathers, those in the GTT HB facilitator training or those interested in experiencing Holotropic Breathwork. For anyone in a psychedelic-assisted therapy training program, this workshop may fulfill your requirement for practical experience sitting for others in expanded states of consciousness. This work can support inner exploration, healing trauma, self-discovery, working with anxiety and depression, connection to self and others and spiritual awareness.*Contraindications: pregnancy, serious heart conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, history of severe mental or emotional disorders, acute infectious disease, and recent injury or surgery. For more information or to register, please use this link or email drmcglynn6@gmail.com.
