Yoga, meditation, and breathwork are valuable tools to push past fear, doubt, insecurity, and also to help us explore joy and the miracles of life. Writing is a sacred practice to acknowledge ourselves, our loved ones, our ancestors, and the natural world. We move and write to heal. We move and write to explore personal fact versus fiction, to identify memories and feelings. We move and write to find the quietest whisper within.This weekend retreat will use modalities of yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you return to your true self, so that you can explore your most authentic and creative voice. There will be daily writing opportunities and prompts, guided journaling, yoga, meditation, and hiking, organic meals, and free time to relax, or go to the world-renowned Dewa Spa. Note that all activities are optional, and you’ll be encouraged to listen deeply to the stirrings of your soul and be directed from within.Georgette is thrilled to return to Menla for her 4th retreat to this gorgeous location. Spring is the perfect time to purify, cleanse and awaken from the slumber of winter. This retreat is designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. Bring a writing project or come simply to learn new skills and re-discover your body and voice.Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the retreat package rates.All yoga and writing levels are welcome.

  • 2 - 5 pm Hiking / or Relaxation and Spa / or Writing Workshop

  • 7:30 pm Yin Yoga
