May 22 - May 24, 2020

Amber Gregory

Sarah Girard

Join Amber Gregory and Sarah Girard this May to celebrate all that the spring season brings. This is an opportunity for renewal, to cultivate a beginner’s mindset and to offer ourselves a new perspective on our path. During this season of growth, felt amidst the warmer days, take time with us to explore new ideas, and find the freedom in beginning again.Drawing upon the principles and philosophies of Hatha Yoga and Insight Meditation, this weekend getaway will help you explore and be present with the renewed energy of Spring. The program includes morning sadhana (practice) with asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and dharana (single-pointed concentration); rituals of sound healing, mindful walking and eating, yin yoga, and moments for contemplation and quiet. By recognizing and nurturing the beginner within each of us, we connect to the power of potential and uplift the world around us.
