This digital detox offers you an opportunity to disconnect from your devices and connect with nature, community and the present moment.

Participants enjoy sound and silent meditations, nature walks, and learning techniques of traditional Japanese energy work for self care.

Hosted by Mari Tanaka and David Ellenbogen  this retreat creates a space for mindfulness and genuine human connection.   You’ll find yourself refreshed, recharged, and empowered to make changes within yourself and in the world around you.

  • 8:15 pm Sound Meditation
Saturday, May 8th
  • 7:30 - 8 am Light stretch and Short Meditation
  • 8 - 9 am Breakfast
  • 10 am - 12 pm Energywork meditation: Harmonize our Body, Mind, and Spirit
  • 12 :30 - 1:30 pm Lunch
  • 1:30 - 4 pm  Nature walks (optional)
  • 4:15 - 6 pm Energywork meditation: Releasing Fear and Depressive Moods
  • 6 - 7 pm Diner
  • 7:15 pm Sound Meditation
Sunday, May 9th
  • 7 - 11 am Check-out of Rooms
  • 7:30 - 8 am Light stretch and Short Meditation
  • 9:30 - 11:15 am Sound Meditation and Final Energy Work Session
  • 11:15 am - 12 pm Closing Circle
  • 12:30 - 1:30 Lunch and Departure

Mari Tanaka
