Re-watchable same day on our Teachable Platform with self-study guides, simple testing and supportive learning tools, making it possible for those in any time zone, or with previous commitments, to watch at leisure. Translations available in other languages upon request. This is a supplemental training to our in-person Teacher Training, giving students around the world an opportunity to receive these teachings in lecture and self-study format on our Teachable platform.  Students enrolled in our comprehensive in-person course will automatically be enrolled in this course at no additional fee.
Module 2 will begin December 3rd- February 19th:  100 hrs
Module 3 will begin in March 15- May 21st:  100 hrs
For those seeking certification, all 3 modules must be completed, along with homework and examinations within one year for program end date.
Those wishing to audit the course and deepen their knowledge & experience in the yogas and dharma are welcome to do so.
This course includes study and contemplation of traditional texts and practices from Indian and Tibetan traditions, including but not limited to The Yoga Sutras of Patañjali and selected Pāli Suttas, such as the Samaññaphala, theMahāsatipatthana, and the Aggañña Suttas, The Yoga Vasishta and the Vimalakirti and Flower Ornament Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita and the Lalitavistara Sutra, Shankarāchārya’s Yogatārāvalī and Shantideva’s Bodhisattvas Career, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Mañjushrī-nāma-saṁgītī, the Tibetan Book of the Dead, and various works by Jey Tsong Khapa and the Dalai Lama on deity yoga and on the inner science of the Esoteric Community and the Kalachakra.
Module 1: Foundations in Mind and Body Yogic Practice – The Bliss-Void Womb of Compassion.
Yoga Asana: Standing Poses/Core/ Forward Folds; Tibetan NeJang Yoga; Introducing the philosophies of yoga, dualist and nondualist, Shiva and Kalachakra Yogas.

Module 2: The Creative Art of Re-envisioning Mind and Body – Mandala as Empowering Space of Practice

Module 3: Expansion into Perfection Stages 
Moving Inner Energies within the Subtle Body; Inner Fire; Sleep and Dream Yogas Intensified; Prāṇāyāma Practices deepened; Yoga Asana—Inversions, Shoulders/ head/ neck; Kalachakra Yoga. March 15-May 21st, 2021. Tuition $700-1400 Sliding Scale. (Payment Plans Available)
