YOGIC LIFESTYLE RETREAT: Weekend Immersion into Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda & Nature

November 15 - November 17, 2024

Sue Bonanno

How do we create the conditions for optimal health and wellbeing in our intense modern-day lives?  The ancient traditions of meditation, yoga and the sister science of Ayurveda offer practices that balance, heal and transform mind and body to up-level your health, reduce stress, strengthen your immune system and soothe your spirit. The best way to integrate these practices into your life is to learn by doing.
Join Sue Bonanno, 25+ year yoga practitioner and teacher, founder of Soulspace Meditation & Wellbeing and Chopra Certified Ayurveda Instructor, on this weekend immersion into living a yogic lifestyle. Give your life some breathing room by retreating from your day-to-day life for a weekend to live the yogic practices with guidance and support. Return home renewed, rested, healthy and at your very best.

Enhance your health and wellbeing using simple and time-tested practices. Revel in the quiet of nature. Let Sue guide you in practices and settle in for deeply restful slumber each night in comfortable rooms among the mountains and trees on sacred land in the Catskills.

Our Yogic Lifestyle Practices will include:
  • Yoga: Vinyasa flow and candle light restorative
  • Meditation: Silent mantra and mudra
  • Detoxification and Rejuvenation: Practice Ayurvedic wisdom and learn how to balance and heal through the five senses and a daily routine
  • Energy: Receive the subtle benefits of breathwork and a crystal bowl sound healing
  • Nourishment: Bring in healthy organic food, inspiring views and healing sounds
  • In-Depth Yoga Teachings: Learn more about yoga, the 8 limbed path, Ayurveda and meditation
