Dewa’s Covid Mask Policy:

Shared spaces – We recommend masks for all guests inside of public spaces within Dewa including but not limited to the lobby, kitchens, locker rooms, and relaxation lounge. Guests are permitted to remove their masks while drinking water or tea while safely distanced from other guests. Masks are not required while in private bath treatments.

Private spaces –
While in treatment, we request that all guests wear their masks whenever they are facing up on the table. Guests are permitted to take the mask off while facing down unless the practitioner instructs otherwise; guests are expected to comply with their practitioner’s preferences.

Compliance –
If a guest chooses not to participate in our collaborative effort to keep Dewa guests healthy while on the premises, they will be required to limit their visit to the outdoor pool, or to leave the spa altogether, and any confirmed treatments will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. We kindly ask that you direct any questions or concerns with Dewa’s COVID policy to management, and not to our practitioners.

Yes! We have a steam room and Finnish and Infrared Saunas available for use in each of our Men’s and Women’s locker rooms. Use of the facilities are included with any booked service appointment or a Spa Pass can be purchased separately.

The Sauna’s are accessible during open hours on a first come, first serve basis and at each individuals discretion and comfort level. If you would like to purchase a Spa Pass, you must contact Dewa Spa in advance.

These policies are continually subject to change with each update received regarding COVID-19.

If you’ve purchased a Day Pass or have a treatment booked, the pool is one of the wonderful amenities included. Please note, there are no lifeguards on duty. It is an outdoor pool and is closed over the winter.

We provide you with a robe, showering towel and slippers if you have booked an appointment or purchased a Spa Pass. We provide towels for the saunas and steam as well as for the pool. If you’re planning to use the pool, you’ll need to bring a swimsuit. If you are having a KuNye or a Shirodhara therapy, we recommend you bring a hat or scarf to cover your head post treatment.

The facilities are for spa guests only. If you would like to use the showers, restroom or changing room, you may purchase a $25 Spa Pass. The nearest restrooms are at the lower level of the Conference Center.

Due to the quiet and healing nature of the Spa, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13.

Once you pass through the gates at the end of Pantherkill Road, take your first left and follow the road past a pond (on your left) and a barn (on your right). Just past the barn, take an immediate right and follow the driveway up to the upper parking lot. If, on the main road, you pass a Yurt on your left, you’ve gone too far.

We have limited parking in the upper lot of the Spa. There is additional parking at Lhasa and the Conference Center.

Gratuity is not included in the price of your treatment. You may use your credit card or cash.

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash.

If you are a guest who is on the meal plan, we ask that you make arrangements with the Front Desk to hold lunch for you or ask a friend to get yours to go.

We offer many therapies that must be booked in advance and do not have therapists on-call. All appointments must be booked ahead of time. There are unique instances in which we may have same day availability, but that will have to be at the discretion of the practitioner and spa staff and is not usual.

Our Spa Pass is currently being offered Wednesday through Monday during the Summer Season and is a wonderful way for off property guests to come and use our facility without having to book a Spa Treatment. You will need to contact the spa in advance to see if there are passes available that day.

You can now book your treatments online at https://menla.org/spa/spa-menu/ Or, one of our Spa Team will be happy to assist you over the phone or through email. Please note that if you are attending a program at Menla, you will need to find out your schedule as we don’t often have access to them ahead of time.

You have up until 24 hours before your treatment to change the type or time. Please understand that we do tend to book up and may not be able to accommodate your change. We are unable to make any changes with less than 24 hours notice.

If your program runs late, or your program schedule changes, you are still responsible for the full charge. We are unable to extend your treatment time should you arrive late.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with fewer than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment start time.
