“A getaway you will treasure! Fresh air, silence, mountains, streams, mossy stones, pond, and trails. A break from the outside world. The staff is extra friendly, personable, and helpful. The food is grown on-site, fresh, and amazing. The accommodations are nice, clean, with diverse options. The perfect retreat location–go to Menla whenever you get the chance!”

“This is a beautiful retreat center complete with spa nestled in the lush green countryside of the Catskills. Peace and tranquility are the first to greet you upon arriving at Menla. The staff is warm, professional, and helpful. I have had a couple of massages with hot rocks by a very competent and knowledgeable massage therapist. He is the BEST I have ever had, and I highly recommend going to DEWA Spa at Menla”

“Menla sits on an energy vortex that is said to be the oldest known meteor crater in the world, and you can feel it. Maybe it’s electromagnetic, or maybe it’s the amazing energy of the people here, but Menla is a powerful and nurturing place that draws you like a giant magnet…. Menla is a deeply spiritual, restorative place, where you can reconnect with your higher self, ponder life’s true meaning.”
