An Intuitive Coaching session is an interactive spiritual resource that can help you gain clarity and insights into questions you have regarding situations, people, your path, your passions, your gifts, your dreams, your work. This information is offered through my connection with your guides and angels, and may also include a look into your past lives. The intention is to help you honor your uniqueness so that you can live your most fulfilling life.
About me: My journey to awakening began at 3 years old, when I had a near death experience. I heard the words “it’s not time, you must go back” and remembered that there was much more to life on earth than our physical bodies, and the information we receive from our five senses. In addition to my private practice, I have provided sessions at the Omega Institute for Holistic studies for over 30 years. I am honored to be offering Intuitive Coaching at Menla.
“I have many words but I will use this: streams. This whole valley is full of incredible streams. I came as a part of YTTP retreat this past weekend and loved how the valley of Menla just belonged to each and everyone one of us, together and alone at the same time, I stayed at Dragon house and loved how at home you are made feel though no one really is there guiding you, you are your own guide. I will remember this stay for a long time, the 2 days will last a life time. I hope to return one day. Thank you!”

“This is a beautiful retreat center complete with spa nestled in the lush green countryside of the Catskills. Peace and tranquility are the first to greet you upon arriving at Menla. The staff is warm, professional, and helpful. I have had a couple of massages with hot rocks by a very competent and knowledgeable massage therapist. He is the BEST I have ever had, and I highly recommend going to DEWA Spa at Menla”

“It was a lovely weekend as it always is at Menla! Thank you. It truly is a special place in many ways. The people who work there and run the place really do make the difference, as they are all very nice and kind. I’ve been to other like places where that typically isn’t the case. I realized this past weekend that just being at Menla is simply awesome!”
