Ruth Berenzy weaves 25 years of experience in the healing arts into the time she spends with each individual.
She graduated in 1992 from Educating Hands in Miami, FL. From there she also completed the New York state licensing and established a successful practice in upstate New York.
In 1998, she held workshops in massage pain relief techniques in Belarus to address the ongoing need since Chernobyl. During this same year, she held the workshop in Macedonia during the Kosovo Refugee Crisis. Ruth completed the Hospice Volunteer Training in Kingston, NY. She also spent a year studying at The IM Healing Arts School in NYC with director and mentor Levent Bulukbasi.
Evolving further, she completed the 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training at Woodstock Yoga with Alison Sinatra in 2012.
She draws from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cranial Sacral, Polarity, Esalen, Shiatsu and Hot Stone to customize each session.
