Andara Christina Michael

In 2019, Andara Christina Michael was unhappy, unhealthy and unfulfilled. Her journey had led her through the corporate finance and consulting world, overseas to Southeast Asia and then to Seattle, where she continued her secret cycle of alcohol, drug and food addiction. At her heaviest, she was 265 pounds. Then, on January 1, 2020, Andara had a profound energy healing session that brought her back “online”. She began doing Kundalini yoga, holotropic breathwork, and attending healing retreats. Three months later, Andara quit her job, sold her belongings and moved out of her Seattle apartment to focus on her own self development and recovery while contributing her skills to wellness companies, healing business and coaches abroad. Now, Andara manages a retreat center in Playa Negra, Costa Rica and continues to learn and study new modalities that expand her capacity to hold space and help others through their own healing journeys.
