Anna FitzPatrick

Anna currently lives in the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York. She is a certified reiki practitioner & a certified yoga instructor (specializing in yin yoga). She obtained her B.A. in psychology with a concentration in art from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. In addition, she holds certification in addiction studies, and has worked in a clinical setting supporting individuals who suffer from substance use disorders through psychoeducation, meditation, self assessment, and self expression. Her background in the sciences and holistic healing have given her a unique perspective which she likes to describe as “blending science with intuition”.
