Ariel Daunay

Ariel has studied Somatic Processes for 33 years, learning through ‘touch’, body work, trauma body work, and other trauma release modalities. She has studied and worked both in the USA, Europe and Scandinavian countries, learning from extraordinary teachers, in small group settings. She has a steady and personal 14-year practice of Inquiry Work inspired by Byron Katie’s The Work (thework.com). She has taught and led groups in the USA, Europe and Scandinavian countries through her specific lens of Mind, incorporating a deeply felt practice of writing, speaking, and looking at mind itself. She has led Women and Men from all over the world in intimate retreat settings, workshops, and women’s groups for over 25 years. She has held a private practice in NYC, Europe and Dubai, of Somatic Table Sessions helping clients release deeply held emotional patterns in the body, to release personal storylines, past life experiences and trauma, all buried within the body. She holds Family, Couples, One-on-One (five day) “Personal Intensives” in different parts of the USA, France and Dubai. These are tailored Intensives for each person, which include both the Somatic Table Sessions, and long profound Inquiry Sessions. She currently works on Zooms, with people from all over the world, in 3hr-Sessions of Inquiry processes. She has intimately witnessed the human story sitting alongside people from different cultures and backgrounds, while she assists in either private one on one Table Sessions, Inquiry Sessions, group lead workshops, Personal Intensives, or Zoom sessions.
