Brittany Bamrick

Brittany Bamrick began practicing yoga over ten years ago as a way to heal and recover after multiple spinal surgeries. Her healing hobby turned to a passion, and she has been teaching full-time since late 2013.In addition to completing multiple 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, Brittany has received her Reiki II attunement, studied Ayurveda with Ali Cramer at Laughing Lotus NY and earned her Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga certification in 2016 with Jessica Bellofatto in Southampton, NY. Brittany has led five (5) Yoga Alliance-accredited LifePower Yoga 200-hour Teacher Trainings in Florham Park, NJ and has graduated over 50 students who have gone on to teach in the NY/NJ area. Brittany currently holds the title of Yoga Studio Manager at Life Time Athletic (Florham Park, NJ). She is most excited about recently becoming the newest store ambassador at lululemon athletica in Summit, NJ and looks forward to expanding her retreat offerings throughout 2018 and beyond.
