Denise Mihalik

Since her early childhood, the sounds of nature and the world of music have greatly influenced Denise’s life. Her life’s work has been to study the effects of vibration on body, mind and spirit. It began with the study of voice, moved to the opera stage, onto the yoga mat, and into the world of singing bowls. Once exposed to the vibrations of devotional chant, her heart opened to the path of Bhakti. An author as well, she has several projects on the path to publication. Her studies have taken her abroad to Nepal, Nova Scotia and Guatemala as well as regular visits to India.Denise is the founder of Sound Awakenings, which is based in NJ, USA.
