Don Jacobs

Don offers his experience and passion as a life-long educator (32 years of teaching Health, Physical Education and coaching at Litchfield High School, Litchfield, CT) within an integral approach to vibrant health. His extensive background includes experience in individual and group dynamics, intuitive knowledge and in-depth training of masculine-feminine energies (David Deida’s work), training in Soul Recognition as a certified facilitator, and three years of experience in the application of a polarity lens (transcending the Either/Or) to everyday life. He integrates these experiences into his work as a teacher, workshop facilitator and life coach. Don's emerging passion is creating more 'in the zone' moments through the daily application of a Wholeness perspective.Don has woven his passion for yoga and his teaching experience together to provide yoga guidance at Charym Yoga Center in Litchfield, CT, Winvian Retreat Center in Morris, CT and for private individual instruction.
