Unable to fully cope with the life change of becoming a mother, I could no longer hide from the decades of depression and I was flooded with sensations that kept me stuck in habits and patterns that perpetuated cycles of despair. I found sobriety and my whole life’s experiences stored as stress in my body.
When I was in the most pain around the relationship with myself and life, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) presented itself. It was the missing link! Subtly and profoundly, it has uplifted my sense of being and shifted what I believed to be true about myself. I began to see and feel the difference in my day-to-day life. Slowly, gently, and overtime, the breath body process made it possible for me to begin to create change in my own nervous system which continues to ripple out to my family. RBM serves as a guide back to reclaiming my essence.
It is my intention to create spaces where individuals feel free to experience their breath body process through the lens of RBM; to sit with what presents itself, agenda-free, and be an anchor for trust.
“Going to Menla is like dropping out of time. The physical beauty and stillness of the place is unique. The accommodations are just right – comfortable but not ostentatious. The food is amazing and clearly made with attention and love. Thank you!”

“Menla is an amazing place to spend time. Delicious healthy food, comfortable bed, beautiful scenery, nature. Of course, some of my favorite teachers were there too… Krishna Das, Sharon Salzberg and climbing to the top Bob Thurman. Thanks to the staff who made it possible to enjoy such an inspiring place on this planet.”

“A wonderful retreat center. Beautiful setting and accommodations. By the end of the weekend I felt like I was in an different space, not in any specific geographical area but a separate magical world.”
